The Treatment Rooms, London is a surgeon led hair transplant clinic based in Putney, South West London, founded by Dr Roshan Vara and Dr Dilan Fernando.
I’ve known of their work for 10 years and have always respected their approach. What stands out is not just the quality of the results, but the way the clinic is run. Calm, ethical, and focused on doing things properly rather than quickly.
Like the clinics I choose to associate with, they prioritise long term planning, realistic expectations, and personal care over volume or sales tactics.
Why I Work With Them
There are many clinics offering FUE surgery in London.
Very few feel genuinely surgeon-led.

Dr Dilan Fernando

Both surgeons are hands on throughout the entire process. Patients are not passed between sales staff, coordinators and technicians. The person you meet is the person planning and performing your surgery.
